Story AI helps you write the next episode of your story, so you never have to face a blank page.
How it works
When you open one of your stories and choose to generate the next episode with AI, it looks at your story’s title, genre, and synopsis, along with every episode you have already published, so the new episode continues naturally from where you left off, instead of reading like a random, disconnected scene.
The generated episode comes back with a title, a short teaser line, and the full episode text, and it is saved as a draft. Nothing is published automatically, so you always get a chance to read it, edit it, and make it your own before your readers ever see it.
Who can use it
Story AI is a subscriber feature, so you need an active platform subscription tier that includes it to use this feature.
Daily limits
There is a daily limit on how many episodes you can generate with AI, and this limit depends on your subscription tier. Once you reach your limit for the day, you can still write and publish episodes yourself, and your AI generations reset the next day.
If a generation fails
Occasionally, an AI generation may come back incomplete or broken. When this happens, the system automatically tries again on its own. If it still cannot produce a clean episode after a few tries, you will see a message letting you know, and you can try again later or write the episode yourself.
Good habits when using Story AI
Keep your story’s synopsis and genre accurate and up to date, since Story AI reads these every time it writes, and a clear synopsis leads to a more consistent episode. It also helps to review and lightly edit each generated draft before publishing, so the story keeps your own voice throughout.
