Text-to-speech lets readers listen to a story episode being read aloud, instead of only reading it on screen.
How it works
On a supported episode, you will find a listen option. Tapping it plays the episode using a narration voice, and as the episode is read aloud, the current word is highlighted on screen, so you can follow along visually at the same time.
Choosing a voice
Creators can offer more than one narration voice for their story if they choose to. When a story has more than one voice available, readers will see a dropdown to pick which voice they want to hear.
Availability
Text-to-speech is available where the platform and the story’s creator have both enabled it. Not every story may offer this feature, depending on the creator’s settings.
