Anonymous posting lets you publish a post under an “Anonymous” identity instead of your real name and profile.
How it works
When publishing a post, subscribed creators can choose to post it anonymously. When you do this, the byline, avatar, and profile link shown wherever that post appears are replaced with a generic Anonymous identity. The post will not appear on your own public profile listing, so it stays separate from your regular published work.
You still own the post behind the scenes, and it still counts toward your earnings the same way any other post would.
Who can use it
Anonymous posting is available to subscribed creators, and only while this feature is turned on for the platform.
An important note
Once you choose to publish a post anonymously, that choice is permanent for that specific post and cannot be changed afterward, so it is worth being sure before you publish.
Why creators use it
Anonymous posting gives you a way to share more personal stories or content you may not want tied to your public identity, while still being able to earn from it the same way as your other work.
